10 ways to reconnect with the woman within you
Have you ever wondered how to raise your spirits up and reconnect with yourself to create a better life?

Here are some steps to help you get started.

Day 1
Start to get to know yourself and what you are worth.
Tell yourself each day from now on that you are amazing – because you are!

Day 2
Choose three things in your life that you are grateful for and write them down.
When you wake each morning from now on – reach for that piece of paper and read them (either to yourself or out loud).

Day 3
Each night before you sleep, ask yourself three questions:
What did I do well today?
What took courage from me to make happen?
What did I learn about myself?

Day 4
Do something special for yourself today.
Perhaps enjoy a really tasty and healthy lunch… or moisturise yourself from head to toe… or simply take some time out for you!

Day 5
Ask a friend to tell you three things they love/admire/respect about you.
Even better – pop it on Facebook and allow LOTS of friends to tell you how amazing you are.

Day 6
Spend 15 minutes today and each day from now on… just relaxing.
Pick a quiet room in the house, or (if weather permits) have a stretch out in the garden.

Day 7
Sit or lay comfortably
Breathe in gently through your nose for a count of five
Breathe out slowly through your mouth for a count of five
Repeat five times and try to do it daily.

Day 8
Write a list of things you used to love doing that makes your heart sing and, if you can, add the reasons why.
Is there anything on that list you could start doing again? I’ll bet you can find something!

Day 9
Are you still doing Day 7’s breathing?
Now try to still your body and mind while breathing too – perhaps imagine you are somewhere beautiful and relaxing – or add a little meditation.

Day 10
Plan your perfect day in your mind and start to visualise how you want your future to look.
Start each day with a smile while reading your three things from Day 2.
