Welcome to Module Two

In addition to those ‘happy’ words you now need to work on phrases (or affirmations) to include in your Empowerment Vision book.


Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. 

When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.             

Self-affirmation may also help to mitigate the effects of stress.

Affirmations are always written in the present tense e.g. “I visualize…, I love my…etc.”            

Some examples of Affirmations are shown below and also see the file to download a sheet of examples for you.

It will give you ideas and then you can add on any of your own too.

So at this point you will have all your pieces collected from Module 1 and your list of Affirmations.
